These images were taken during a sunny week in early September 2008. From our base at the Cape Cod Cottages in Waldport, my husband and I ranged from Fogarty Creek State Park just north of Depoe Bay to the Darlingtonia Wayside five miles north of Florence.
Cummins Creek State Park was our first stop on our second day on Oregon's Central Coast. A long sandy beach stretched until Bob Creek. Between the shore and bluffs were rocky outcrops and partly submerged boulders.
