These images were taken during a sunny week in early September 2008. From our base at the Cape Cod Cottages in Waldport, my husband and I ranged from Fogarty Creek State Park just north of Depoe Bay to the Darlingtonia Wayside five miles north of Florence.
Smelt Sands State Recreation Site is on the Central Oregon Coast just north of Yachats. Black rocks and surf collide on this beach making for scenic landscapes.
