Jefferson Starship @ the Wild Buffalo
On Thursday, April 21, 2011, a quartet of musicians appeared as the Jefferson Starship 40th Anniversary Tour at Bellingham's Wild Buffalo House of Music. Paul Kantner of Jefferson Airplane and Jefferson Starship, David Freiberg of Quicksilver Messenger Service and Jefferson Starship, vocalist Cathy Richardson of Jefferson Starship and Chris Smith keyboards from a later reincarnation of QSMS. They performed a variety of songs from the previous bands and a solo from Cathy from her new CD. I was able to get a +1 pass from David Freiberg to whom I had sent a few images from the August 2009 Heroes of Woodstock at Winthrop Concert.
